Operating a business in Kokomo or any of its surrounding Howard County communities is remarkably affordable. A number of factors contribute to this, chief among them:

  • In 2008, per capita personal income in Howard County was $32,241 (ranking 38th in the state at 93% of the state average and 80% of the national average).
