Senate and then address questions from the Chamber and the audience.
“We were very happy
with the number of residents who took advantage of the first session with
legislators because it shows our community is invested in its future,” said
Marla Miller, Chamber manager of membership development. “We hope to see
another great turnout at the second session as communication with our lawmakers
is a key component of the democratic process.”
Sponsored by NIPSCO, there
is no cost to attend the March 17 event. The final Third House session of 2017
will be a wrap-up luncheon summarizing key happenings from the current
legislative session. It is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 12 at Rozzi’s
