Jan Hendrix
Chief Operating Officer
Jan is the Chief Operating Officer who handles planning, oversight, monitoring, and continuous improvement related to the internal operations of the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance and Inventrek Technology Park.  She works to ensure delivery of quality programming, services, and resources to the core constituencies associated with the Alliance including business prospects, existing businesses, entrepreneurs, stakeholders and community collaborators.

Sherry Hayes
Controller
Sherry takes care of all accounting functions, financial procedures, safeguarding of assets, and financial reporting to internal customers, board committees, councils, and external entities.  In addition, she handles the internal human resource administrative functions and provides support for outside auditors during a financial audit.

Cathy is responsible for preparing proposals for business attraction projects.  This includes maintaining databases of all attraction projects and available sites in Howard County and maintaining current information on local demographics.  She provides support for the Alliance Board and two of the advisory councils.
